Background and Experience

Kimberley Suter is an executive coach with more than 20 years of experience supporting executives leading change. She has personally coached a broad range of CEOs and senior business leaders – helping them achieve their full career potential and developing critical skills. Her assignments span across industries within notable leading organizations including General Electric, Delta Airlines, and Shell Global, dealing with strategic business shifts, new market growth, M&A and restructurings.  Her work has also included individual and organizational development plans. 

Kim’s special expertise is in executive integration working with new and promoted executives to maximize early days in their new assignments..  This has resulted in the successful onboarding of several senior leaders.  In this work she focused on assimilation strategies and creating positive spheres of influence in the new culture.

Prior to her work with Crenshaw, Kim held senior HR leadership positions with a global business solutions technology company, numerous financial services companies in the US and Canada (Merrill Lynch, The Toronto Stock Exchange and Citibank), as well as a large academically affiliated hospital, (Toronto General Hospital).
