As an Executive Coach for Crenshaw, he partners with senior leaders to achieve their individual development goals and implement leadership assessment, development, and succession programs. Alan has worked with global leaders across industry sectors and business functions; many have been in industries facing unprecedented change, disruption, and transformation. He has led large-scale engagements focused on change management and organizational design and facilitated operational improvement and strategic team alignment initiatives.
