Anita Wolter McElroy is a Crenshaw Advisor who has worked with senior executives from many different functional areas and industries on matters related to career and business success. A strategic thinker, passionate coach, and accomplished leader with global experience, Anita has had direct experience in talent management, leadership coaching, change management, and M&A (including due diligence, cultural change, and leader integration). Before launching her Advisory practice, Anita was Chief HR Officer, North America, of Environmental Resources Management. She began her career in Human Resources at IBM. Anita holds a BS degree from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Business Administration. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation. Her other certifications include the Hogan Assessment Instruments; Hay Group’s Inventory of Leadership Styles (ILS), Organizational Climate Survey (OCS), and Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI).
